Today I want to share these gorgeous French Country spaces with you. Each one provides inspiration for your French Country home.
This has got to be one of the most beautiful entry ways I've seen. Nothing over the top dramatic. Just the wonderful wall art collection, an olive tree and now this gorgeous bench that was just added. I love this girls style, lizmarieblog.com although she's very much into farmhouse style - I think this could be chalked up as French Country as well.
This post was done from one of my favorites, Miss Mustard Seed outlining the new plantation shutters she's added to her home. But I love this photo because of the gorgeous vintage desk. This has inspired me to paint my desk that is currently grey, but with the same reclaimed wood top. See what I mean all the time about being inspired.
Do you have Mantel Envy? I have to admit that sometimes I do lol!!! I love a cool Mantel… a great way to express yourself any time and usually with items you have in your home. This is an antique mantel that was purchased at a thrift store and simply refinished and placed against the wall. These aren't easy to find, or at least not at thrift stores.
I love the simplicity in this kitchen and how they've added additional storage all the way up to the ceiling. You can do this too very easily. Just measure the area you want to add cabinets to and decide what type of cabinets or shelving you'd like to have. You can purchase inexpensive cabinets at Home Depot or Ikea.
How adorable is this little nook? And look at all of the storage it provides. Granted the cubbies are all done up with decorative items.
I don't know if it's the pendants I love or just the photo. Doesn't matter. You need to check this girl out funkyjunkinteriors - truly one after my own heart. These are cardboard pendants that she simply stained and then stenciled. So simple - yet so gorgeous.
