Start with printing the pattern above and cutting out.
Fold fabric in half with faces together, either pin or transfer the pattern onto back of fabric by tracing them and then cutting out.
Begin sewing along the outside with simple stitches, leave an opening and fill with some of your cotton that you've pulled apart. Close the opening and stitch closed.
Now hot glue on your natural twigs for the antlers. Also hot glue on the small dowels as your legs.
Rather then using tiny little pine cones for the tails, use a tiny amount of cotton.
