Oh my gosh - seeing this little guy was love at first sight. I adore him so much, I had to learn how he was made. Now that I have, I'm anxious to share it with you.

Materials you'll need are 2-inch Styrofoam balls, antiquing gel, white, pink, black, light brown acrylic paints.

Make your own snow by mixing baking soda, a pinch of salt and water together. You want the mixture to be like pancake batter.

Apply your homemade snow to the entire styrofoam ball, sprinkle with glitter and texturized it with your fingers. It takes a while to dry.

Use vine wrapped wire to make the nose by wrapping it around a pencil, then make a tiny hole in the styrofoam and place your wrapped wire in it.

Now you can paint the face, starting with painting the cheeks by placing a dab of pink paint on your finger and rubbing it where the cheeks will be. Use the handle end of a paintbrush to add the eyes and mouth with black paint. After this has dried, brush on the antiquing gel, then immediately wipe off.

Now that your little guy is done and looking gorgeous, add a piece of ribbon to hang him from.
